Do we need an app, or is a website enough?

A website is for people who have not come yet; an app is for people who already have. If your problem is being found, start with the site and search. If your problem is engagement between Sundays, an app is the tool. Most churches need the first before the second.

Can we keep our current giving provider?

Usually, yes. Most giving platforms can be embedded so the flow stays inside your own site rather than sending members to a page that looks like somebody else. We will tell you if yours cannot.

Will our volunteers be able to run it?

That is the constraint we design around, not an afterthought. We agree up front which parts change weekly and make exactly those editable without a developer.

Do you work with churches outside your own tradition?

Yes. The engineering problems — members, giving, scheduling, communication, search visibility — are the same whatever the congregation believes.

Service times change, a series ends, an event moves. If each edit needs a volunteer who knows HTML, the site is out of date within a month and stays that way.

Visitors cannot find the two things they came for

Service time and location. Almost every first visit is one of those two questions, and most church sites bury both under a hero video.

Giving is a link to somewhere else

Handing a member off to a third-party page that looks nothing like the church is where recurring giving quietly leaks.

Nothing reaches people between Sundays

Announcements, prayer, groups and volunteer scheduling live in somebody’s phone. An app is what turns a weekly gathering into a week-round one — which is why it is worth building properly or not at all.
