• Client projects. Those are governed by the written proposal and agreement you sign before work starts.
• The Faith Apps Platform. Subscriptions have their own terms, presented at sign-up.
• Our apps. Each product has its own terms, presented in the product.

You may read, print, and link to anything here. You may not scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, attempt to gain access to parts of it you have not been given, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The text, design, code, illustrations, and the By Faith Apps LLC name and marks on this site belong to us. Case studies describe work we carried out; the client's own brands and content remain theirs.

Nothing here is a quote, an offer, or a contract. Descriptions of services, timelines, and approaches are illustrative — what we will actually do for you is what appears in a written proposal.

We do not promise any particular search ranking, traffic level, or business result. Anyone who does is not being straight with you.

Case studies link to live client sites and to app stores. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We try to keep the site up but do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may change or remove anything on it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
