律师事务所真正棘手的问题
The enquiry arrives at 9pm and nobody answers until Tuesday
People look for a lawyer when something has just happened — evenings, weekends, immediately after an accident or a letter. The firm that responds first is very often the firm that gets retained.
Every practice area lives on one page
Family, estate, immigration and personal injury are four different searches by four different people with four different problems. A single "Practice Areas" page competes for all of them and wins none.
The site says things the rules do not allow
Advertising rules differ by state and reach claims, comparisons, testimonials and past results. Most website templates are built without any of that in mind, and the constraint arrives after launch.
Confidential details go through a contact form nobody secured
An intake form that emails plain text into a shared inbox is a problem before it is a feature — and it is the default on almost every template.
Have you built for a law firm before?
No — we have not published legal work, and we would rather say so than let a case study for something else imply otherwise. What we have built that is genuinely adjacent: document handling and search across large record sets, intake flows that route to the right person, and permission systems where who may see a record is enforced in the database rather than hidden in the interface. Those are the hard parts of legal software. If you would rather hire a firm with legal case studies on the wall, that is a completely reasonable decision.
