医疗健康真正棘手的问题
Patients cannot do the one thing they came to do
Book, refill, or check whether you take their insurance. When the site cannot answer, the practice absorbs the cost as a phone call, every time, forever.
Intake is on paper and typed in twice
Forms filled in a waiting room and re-keyed by staff is both the slowest option and the one where transcription errors enter the record.
Nobody actually owns the website
It came with the practice management system, or a vendor built it in 2016 and stopped answering. Either way nobody can change it, and nobody is sure who holds the domain.
Communication that cannot safely carry the message
Reminders, results and follow-ups all raise the same question — what may travel by email or SMS at all. Getting that wrong is not a usability problem.
Have you built for a healthcare provider before?
No. We have not delivered a clinical system, and we are not going to imply otherwise. What we have built that is adjacent: scheduling, document handling, audited access to sensitive records, and consent that is recorded rather than assumed. For a practice website, booking, and search visibility, that experience transfers. For anything touching clinical records, you should weigh it against a developer who has done exactly that before.
