What we have built that is genuinely adjacent: document handling and search across large record sets, intake flows that route to the right person, and permission systems where who may see a record is enforced in the database rather than hidden in the interface. Those are the hard parts of legal software. If you would rather hire a firm with legal case studies on the wall, that is a completely reasonable decision.
