How listing works
The terms, stated plainly
Marketplace distribution
Your product listed to every organization on the platform, installed and billed through the same flow as a native module.
Integration & API expectations
Your app authenticates and reads/writes through our API under the installing organization's permissions — never with standing access beyond what the org granted.
Security & privacy review
Every listing goes through a security and privacy review before it is published, covering data handling, third-party sharing, and the permissions your app requests.
Support responsibilities
You support your product directly. We support the marketplace, billing, and installation — not your app's functionality.
Revenue share
To be determined — configurable per product and per partner, set by By Faith Apps. No standard rate is published yet; a specific number is agreed before your listing goes live.
Review, versioning & delisting
New versions go through the same review as the initial listing. We may delist a product for a security issue, a policy breach, or sustained non-support — with notice where the situation allows it.
Data portability
An organization that uninstalls your app must be able to export the data your app created for them, in a usable format.
Affiliate-disclosure requirement
If you recommend other products — inside your listing, in your own marketing, or through our affiliate program — the same disclosure rules in the affiliate program apply to you.
