What partnership includes
The terms, stated plainly
Wholesale pricing, your margin
You pay the Agency plan rate for the platform. What you charge your clients — and the margin between the two — is entirely yours to set.
Your brand, your domain
Logo, colors, custom domain with an automatic certificate, and the "powered by" line removed. Nothing in the product says Faith Apps.
Your own plans
Create the plans you sell — names, prices, currencies, trials — validated so you can never accidentally promise more than your own plan grants.
You own the client relationship
Clients are billed by you, on your Stripe account, under your legal entity. We do not contact your clients directly for sales or billing.
Lead registration and protection
Register a prospect before you pitch them and we will not knowingly sell or refer another agency into that account for 90 days, renewable while you are actively working the deal. This is a written policy we operate, not an automated conflict-checking system.
Data portability
Your client data is exportable by API or full account export at any time — during the partnership and if it ends.
No direct solicitation
We will not solicit your registered clients to move to a direct Faith Apps account or to another agency.
Stripe Connect payouts
Your clients pay your Stripe account directly. We take an agreed revenue share as an application fee — no waiting on us to forward your money.
